The life-saving robot for whole room disinfection

See Nimbus in action:

How “clean” is clean?

Until there's a metric, disinfect at every discharge.

Wireless Nimbus iPad control

Innovative. Disinfection. Perfected.

Better than Manual Cleaning, HP Vapor and UV Light

This is innovative. Our disinfecting robot, Nimbus, is the integration of high technology and chemistry. Whole-room atomization, or fogging, ensures that every surface in the patient room is covered with our Microburst disinfecting solution – even on the back sides of equipment and under the bed.

The disinfection cycle is designed to be fast and simple so it can be used after each discharge, before a new patient is admitted. This means less manual cleaning time and the assurance that pathogens have been killed everywhere.

  • 300 times better than manual cleaning alone
  • 100% surface contact by fogging
  • EPA-Registered, hospital-grade disinfectant solution, Microburst
  • Active ingredient is Hypochlorous acid (HOCl)
  • Up to Log 6 kill:  99.9999% effective
  • Wireless tablet controls Nimbus outside the room
  • Automatic data collection
  • Rapid Room® Technology means immediate room re-entry
Unique Microburst Solution

Nevoa Microburst Solution

Kills the Most Deadly Pathogens

Nevoa Microburst Solution® is an EPA-Registered, hospital-grade disinfectant, whose active ingredient is Hypochlorous acid (HOCL). HOCL is a unique, environmentally-safe disinfectant that occurs naturally in the human body to kill invasive organisms and fight infection.

Our Rapid Room process starts with the activation of the HOCl via the Patented Peel – Push – Shake cap on the Microburst bottle. After Nimbus atomizes Microburst into the room, this disinfectant cloud is completely removed through a dehumidification process.

Completed on average in about 30 minutes, it's much faster than the industry average of 45 minutes for manual terminal cleaning – and results in a higher level of disinfection efficacy. A study by the University of Arizona proved that the Nimbus + Microburst killed microbes over 300 times better than manual cleaning alone.

3D modeling of Nimbus in patient room

German-Engineered Atomization

Nimbus was designed and engineered by Dürr Systems to atomize (fog) Microburst disinfecting solution into a dense fog that covers every surface throughout the entire room – reaching every corner, the entire floor and bathroom, covering every surface including the back sides of equipment and under the bed.

Nevoa strategically partnered with German-based Dürr Systems, the automotive industry leader in engineering and manufacturing robots that atomize paint, to deliver this next-gen disinfection system. Advanced 3D computer modeling techniques analyzed the atomization process to ensure optimal distribution of Microburst. Then the control system for Nimbus was developed so EVS staff can control the process on a wireless tablet outside the room.

Getting You Back in the Room - Faster

The patented Nimbus robot not only provides exceptional yet affordable disinfection, it gets you back in the room faster. Nevoa partnered with Air Innovations, Inc., a leading producer of environmental process control systems for challenging applications.

Once Microburst is atomized into the hospital patient room, Nimbus quickly and automatically removes the virus-killing disinfectant cloud using dehumidification and air scrubbing technology designed by Air Innovations.

The result: our disinfection process cycle time is faster than any other fogging solution available. This allows hospitals to turn over rooms faster, with the assurance of complete disinfection. Once the cycle completes, the room can be entered immediately without waiting.
